Shipping Policy

All packages are shipped through USPS and are insured, once shipped out any complications is through USPS not the iLuxe store.

Please allow 2-3 days for your order to be processed:

Expedited 1–3 Days Packages
First Class 2–5 Days Packages

 

All in store sales are final | All product orders are non-refundable if opened. 

All digital products E-Books & Online Training courses are non refundable.

Please insert the proper address for your delivery - as we do not adjust and/or re-enter anyone's address once order is received. We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

We do not are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.

Disrupted packaging of the product upon arrival to the customer is not the fault of iLuxe Lash, but the fault of the shipping carriers/transit.

Therefore no refunds or exchanges will be allowed.

It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the products upon arrival. iLuxe Lash is willing to provide solutions to broken products, not broken packaging of products since that does not disrupt the use of the actual product. We will also provide a replacement item for up to 2 days after the "delivered" date. It is the customers responsibility to cover the associated costs for shipping and return labels, unless discussed otherwise. 

All tweezer/metal products are hand tested and inspected before being shipped out, therefore we are not able to provide refunds but are willing to send you a replacement item for up to 2 days after the "delivered" date. It is the customers responsibility to cover the associated costs for shipping and return labels. 

For unopened products, we will provide a full refund for up to 7 days after delivery date. Refund will be initiated once we receive the package and it is inspected by our shipping department.

Again, it is the customers responsibility to cover the associated costs for shipping and return labels.

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping anything back to us- please add a tracking number so you can know the status at all times, and/or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
